One Crazy Month
December was one busy month for me. I learned that I can't run faster than I'm able, no matter how hard I try. Nevertheless we had some good times too. Here is what happened to us in December:
It snowed . . . a lot!
Mary loves talking to daddy.
Sarah (Jacob's sister) came to spend Christmas with us. I am so glad she came, I had no idea how much I would need that break. Despite the snow, ice, and the cold we still made our traditional Christmas Eve hike. (It's really the only way we can get the kids to go to sleep).

I just can't believe that you are doing that all on your own--I am sure that you are doing SUPER and that you are probably sometimes too hard on your self like all us moms are--those kids are cuties!
(This is Carolyn, not Jack by the way.:)
Oh man! How crazy! I love the picture of Mary in her new carseat...priceless. Adelyn has figured out that if she arches her back and straightens her legs it makes it near impossible for me to get her in her carseat. So she pretty much makes that exact face when I succeed to buckle her in. The Christmas dresses are so pretty! What a cute looking bunch :) And I guess you guys didn't need to listen/watch "I'm dreaming of a White Christmas" this year! You got snow whether you liked it or not!
YOU'RE ALIVE!!! I figured you were since I wasn't getting any strange vibes to the contrary. I've been thinking about you everyday, and hoping that you were doing okay. Love you!
My favorite is the snow surfing in the driveway. So cool!:)
